Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or participating in the Sports Pay Coin (SPC) presale, ecosystem, or community, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or participate in any SPC activity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the SPC presale or hold the token. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, holding, and trading of SPC is permitted under the laws of your country, province, or state.

SPC is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where the offer or sale of meme-based or unregistered crypto assets is prohibited. It is your responsibility to know your local rules.

About Sports Pay Coin

SPC is a meme-based cryptocurrency on the Solana blockchain. It exists for entertainment and community engagement. SPC is not a security, not an investment contract, and not a financial product. Buying SPC does not entitle you to dividends, ownership in any company, voting rights in a corporation, or any contractual return.

No financial advice

Nothing on this site, in our whitepaper, in our videos, or in any community message from the SPC team constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decision.

Presale terms

• The presale runs in three rounds of two weeks each. Round 1 (Early Bird) starts on June 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM UK time.
• SPC is priced at 0.006 USDT during Round 1. Pricing for Round 2 and Round 3 will be announced before each round begins.
• Tokens purchased during any round are not distributed mid-presale. All SPC tokens are distributed together at the end of Round 3.
• Tokens are delivered to the same Solana wallet address used for the purchase. You are responsible for retaining access to that wallet.
• After distribution, SPC will list on public Solana DEXs including DEX Screener and Raydium. Pricing and availability on the public market are not controlled by the SPC team.
• The SPC team reserves the right to adjust round structure, pricing, or distribution timing in response to technical, legal, or market conditions, with notice provided in our community channels.

Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency and meme coins are highly volatile assets. The price of SPC can rise or fall sharply. You may lose some or all of the money you commit to SPC, and there is no guarantee of any return.

• Total loss is possible. Treat any amount you commit as money you can afford to lose.
• Liquidity is not guaranteed. Public DEX trading depends on market participation. There may be times when SPC is difficult to buy or sell.
• Smart contracts carry risk. Solana smart contracts and the Solana network itself are subject to bugs, exploits, and outages.
• Wallet security is yours. Loss of access to your wallet, your seed phrase, or your private keys means permanent loss of your SPC. We cannot recover wallets we don't control.
• Regulation may change. Crypto regulations evolve. Future changes in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to hold or trade SPC.

No guarantees

The SPC team makes no warranties or guarantees about future price, future utility, partner integrations, exchange listings, or roadmap completion. Roadmap items are aspirational and may change.

Intellectual property

The Sports Pay Coin name, logo, website content, and branding are owned by the SPC team. You may share links to this website and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full pages, reuse the branding for your own products, or imply official affiliation without written permission.

User conduct

When using this site or participating in our community, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the website or any future SPC platform.
• Impersonate the SPC team or other community members.
• Use SPC branding to promote scams, fake giveaways, or unrelated tokens.
• Engage in market manipulation including wash trading, spoofing, or coordinated pump-and-dump activity.
• Violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SPC team, its contributors, and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of this website, participation in the presale, holding or trading SPC, interaction with any third-party service linked from this site, or actions of other community members.

This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, and punitive damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SPC team and its contributors against any claims arising from your violation of these terms or your unlawful use of SPC.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in our community channels and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
